Hydrogen peroxide serves diverse roles across medical, military, and industrial sectors. The medical grade is a potent disinfectant for surfaces. Industrially, it is a key raw material and oxidizing agent in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and textiles, and is vital in bleaching and purification processes. High-concentration grades even power rockets as a propellant.
